1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Heel Appeal’s dance classes, workshops, performances, and any related services.
1.2 By registering for or attending a class, event, or workshop, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 Heel Appeal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through our website or email. Continued participation in our services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Participants must meet any specified age or experience requirements for certain classes or programs.
2.2 All participants must complete a registration form and sign a waiver before attending any class or event.

3. Services Offered

3.1 Heel Appeal provides dance classes, workshops, and showcase opportunities. Availability is subject to scheduling, capacity, and demand.
3.2 Registration for classes and events must be completed in advance to secure your spot.

4. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellations for classes or workshops must be made within 48 hours of registration to qualify for a full refund..
6.2 Refunds are not issued for missed classes or events unless they are canceled by Heel Appeal.
6.3 If a class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a refund or an option to reschedule.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Heel Appeal promotes a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment. Participants are expected to behave in a manner that upholds these values.
7.2 Disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in removal from classes or events without a refund.
7.3 Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All choreography, training materials, and content provided by Heel Appeal are the intellectual property of Heel Appeal or its instructors.
8.2 Unauthorized reproduction, recording, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
